  • Absolutely. 

    Green Gas & Energy is registered Gas Safe business and our registration number is 662649.

    You can check all Gas Safe Registered business at https://www.gassaferegister.co.uk

  • You provide us with information about your home when completing the instant boiler quote, which allows us to  provide a selection of boilers based on your answers along with a price. A survey is still required because we need to ensure their is sufficient working gas pressure (your gas pipe size & volume) to supply your new boiler and while also checking your cold water feed flow rates. 

    Its no good buying a boiler that can provide 16 litres hot water a minute, if you cold supply can only provide 12 litres a minute. (Read more on our boiler FAQ)

    A new boiler is an investment, we always want to make sure that you get what you want and need.

  • Firstly, we would like to say thank you for your service whether your currently serving or luckily enough to have retired we will always provide you with a discount code as our little way of saying thanks :)

    Now to get your discount code simply email us a copy of your Blue Light Card or Defence Discount card and we will issue you with a unique code to use with our online services. If your having a boiler installed the discount will be applied directly to the invoice.

    We are one of only a few service providers within this industry that offer fixed weekend appointments, which are very convenient and therefore popular - hence they tend to fill up quite quickly.
