 How does our Landlord & Letting Agents Service work?

We designed our Fully Managed Service to save you time money and effort. That being said, it’s flexible and can be tailored to your exacting requirements, while also allowing you to spread the cost with monthly payments if preferred.

Choose the services you require, provide details of the properties & tenants. We will do the rest.

We will -

  • Write to your tenants, explaining we are acting on your behalf, what we do and how to contact us if they have any questions.

  • Make arrangements with tenants directly to arrange their landlord safety check, service or EICR.

  • Provide tenants with the option of scheduling their appointment online with a unique booking code for their convenience.

  • Provide tenants with the options of a evening or weekend appointment.

  • Not charge additional labour costs to remedy small issues.

  • Contact you with details of any problem that would prevent us from issuing a Gas Safety Certificate, along with any associated costs to rectify the problem.

  • Provide feedback on any tenants refusing, obstructing access or missing appointments.

  • Electronic Safety Certificate will be emailed directly to your specified inbox.

  • Retain the Gas Safety Certificate for a period of 3yrs exceeding the requirements under GSIUR regulation 36(3)(c).


We like to make everything as easy as possible for your tenants, that’s why our Gas Safe Registered Engineers, can if required carry out Landlord Safety Checks on Evenings & Weekends.
