Our Cosy Home Cover plans are available to anyone within our Service postcode area. If your Boiler was installed by us you will get a special discount code too.
Signing up to a Cosy Home Cover plan takes less time than making a cup of tea. All of our plans are paid by Debit / Credit automatically on a monthly basis.

Warranty Protection & Servicing Plan
£8.99/pm
The warranty protection & servicing plan is designed specifically for boiler servicing, warranty protection & Gas safety. It allows you to spread the cost of an annual service across the year, rather than paying all in one go, which means your boiler warranty will remain valid throughout it’s cover period, protecting you in the event of a fault or breakdown. You also get an all important Gas Safety check, remember servicing your boiler on an annual basis, helps to extend its life and ensures its running at optimum performance.

The essential protection & servicing plan is designed specifically to provide you with peace of mind if your boiler is no longer covered by a manufacturers warranty. As a cosy home cover member we will prioritise any call outs to repair your boiler should it develop a fault or breakdown - with no call out charges. We like to ensure that your boiler is safe and fighting fit so we include an annual service to help extend it’s life and optimise performance along with a Gas Safety check, While covering your boiler and heating control repairs.

❌ Domestic boilers over 70Kw in size or over 16 years old.
❌ Supplying new heating controls if required
❌ Repairing the boiler (or supplying a new boiler) if the required spare parts are not available or the boiler is beyond economic repair

As a cosy home cover member we will prioritise any call outs to repair your boiler and heating system should it develop a fault or breakdown - with no call out charges. We like to ensure that your boiler is safe and fighting fit so we include an annual service to help extend it’s life and optimise performance along with a Gas Safety check.

No….Some companies often charge a call-out fee or charge every time they come out to see you so there's little incentive for them to fix your problem. Here at Green Gas & Energy we don't think thats right or indeed fair.
We don't charge any extra call out fee’s for on any of our Cover Plans - we just want to get you back up and running.

Our Engineer would have provided you with a discount code, this can be found on the back of your boiler commissioning booklet. If you can’t find it, contact us.

No, if you don't want the additional service, convenance and protection that our plans offer, you are under no obligation to take out a Cosy Home Cover plan with us.
The important thing to remember is that you must get your boiler serviced every year to keep your warranty valid, however this can be done by any Gas Safe registered engineer.
Every Green Gas & Energy boiler installation comes with a 1 year workmanship guarantee and a Gas Safety certificate. You can also get up to 10 year’s boiler parts and labour manufacturer-backed warranty, which we’ll automatically register for you.

You need to have your boiler serviced on an annual basis in order to keep your boiler warranty valid. If something goes wrong, it’s good to know that you’re covered by the manufacturer warranty and that you can get an engineer out to fix the problem as soon as possible, without leaving you out of pocket.
Having your boiler serviced every year by a Green Gas & Energy’s Gas Safe registered Engineers helps to keep your boiler problems to a minimum. Our Engineers can spot little problems and cure them before they get to be big problems, while also ensuring its operating Safely.
If you don’t have your boiler service, your boiler warranty will be invalidated and there is more chance of something going wrong or your system, not to mention performing inefficiently, which could potentially result in higher energy bills to boot.
